What is inside J's Nose Drops? Organic borates, sea water, alcohol, irish moss extract, echidnae, calendula, golden seal, marigold, iodine, methylene blue and flavored with pine oils.

Instructions:

Shake the bottle of nose drops, unscrew the top and fill the dropper 1/2 inch.

Lie down on the bed on your back and hang your head over the side with your head pointing toward the floor. This will allow the nose drops to penetrate into your sinuses and help prevent the nose drops from going down your throat.

Hold the dropper just above your nose and put the 1/2 inch into your nostril. Refill the dropper with an additional 1/2 inch and put into your other nostril. Wait 30 seconds and sit up.

We recommend that you use the drops a minimum of 4-6 times per day until your sinuses and /or allergies are under control. The drops are safe enough to use on an hourly basis. You cannot become addicted, nor can you overdose.

Seasonal Allergy Sufferers:

We suggest you begin using the drops 3-4 weeks prior to the time that you know you will be under attack. This will help you to build up a defense against what you will be reacting to.

Follow an AM/PM regimen before the season begins and continue during the time that you are under attack. This will help to alleviate or completely diminish the symptoms.

Year Around Sufferers:

After the initial 4-6 times per day to get things under control, we suggest an AM/PM maintenance program to keep things under control. It is important to always listen to what your body is telling you.

Some people, after they are under control, use the drops only when needed. If you begin having symptoms, return to puffing the drops in 4-6 times per day until you are under control.

How to use for Children:

We suggest you use diluted drops for children; although, there are children of all ages that have used the full strength. We suggest the diluted drops, due to the fact that they are uncomfortable in the beginning. We want your child to be okay with using the drops.
